A very useful activity: the tracking of wounded deer. Every year many deer are wounded in car crashes. A trained dog can find the poor animal. Fox terriers are usually naturally good and enthusiastic trackers and very easy to train. There are many Tracking Champions in our Smooth Fox Terriers.

As a search and rescue dog smooth fox terrier is very tough and eager. A trained SAR dog finds lost people in different environments.

In picture: Our foundation bitch Ch Rquus Qualityclass, who has been fourth in the Finnish Championship of SAR dogs. She did a long career in a SAR dog team finding lost people.


Of course there are many more ways to enjoy life with your fox terrier. Smooth fox terriers like any kind of action and have also shown their ability in obedience, cave hunting and duck shooting. Some even use them in hunting elks.
